2. Purpose of the website
This website is intended to provide information about the courses, services, activities, certifications, contact forms, reservations and enrolments offered by UNILANG IDIOMAS.
Access to and use of the website grants the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, without prejudice to any specific conditions that may apply to certain services, reservations or enrolments.
3. Terms of use
The user undertakes to use the website in a diligent, lawful and respectful manner, refraining from any action that may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the website, its contents or the systems of UNILANG IDIOMAS.
UNILANG IDIOMAS may modify, suspend or remove website content whenever necessary for technical, legal, organisational or information update reasons.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the website, including texts, images, logos, designs, documents, photographs, videos, graphic elements, source code and other materials, are owned by Carlos Gonzalez Valle, under the trade name UNILANG IDIOMAS, or are used with authorisation from their rightful owners.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other unauthorised use of such contents is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by the owner or permitted by law.

6. Image, voice, photographs, audio and video
Image and voice are personal data. UNILANG IDIOMAS will not use photographs, audio recordings or videos taken during classes, events or other school activities for commercial, advertising, promotional, website or social media purposes unless prior express, specific and written consent has been obtained from the student or, where appropriate, from their legal representative.
Such consent must be requested separately and individually and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Commercial communications
UNILANG IDIOMAS will not use the personal data of the user, student or legal representative for commercial, advertising, promotional or marketing purposes unless there is express and specific consent or another valid legal basis under the applicable regulations.
Users may withdraw their consent to receive commercial communications at any time by writing to idiomas@unilang.es.
8. Online reservations, enrolments and right of withdrawal
When the reservation or enrolment is made online or remotely, the student or, where appropriate, their legal representative, shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
To exercise this right, they may notify it free of charge by sending an email to idiomas@unilang.es, stating their full name, contact details, the course contracted and an unequivocal declaration of their intention to withdraw.
If the student expressly requests the service to begin before the withdrawal period has ended, they will be informed in advance of the legal consequences that may apply under the relevant regulations.

10. Applicable law
